The Lakeshore Board of Directors is committed to excellence in its endeavors to create a caring, fun and welcoming atmosphere to all our friends and neighbors. Each committee, other than the ARB, shall consist of a chairperson and two or more Members and shall include a Member of the Board of Directors. The committees (except the ARB) shall be appointed by the Board of Directors within thirty days after each annual meeting of the board of Directors, to serve until succeeding committee members have been appointed. The Board of Directors may appoint such other committees as it deems advisable.
