The office is where to go when you need information about Lakeshore, to register as a renter, to pick up parking permits, wrist bands for the pool and all sorts of other necessary stuff to make living at Lakeshore a dream come true!!

Office hours are 9 to 12 and 1 to 4, Mondays thru Fridays.  Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Meet Jessica Soto, Lakeshore’s New Secretary and Receptionist

My name is Jessica Soto I Live in Lake Wales Florida. I recently moved here from
Connecticut to be with my family. I have a son who lives  in New York City to study Radio Broadcasting. I have a wonderful Bichon Poodle.   Her name is Bella and she is very friendly and loves cuddle and play time. My fiancé and I are looking to save and buy our first home here in Florida. I look forward to meeting new people and friendly faces. It’s a pleasure working for Lakeshore everyone is nice and friendly. Hope to see you soon!

Mi nombre es Jessica Soto Vivo en Lake Wales, Florida. Recientemente me mudé aquí de Connecticut para estar con mi familia. Tengo un hijo que vive en la ciudad de Nueva York para estudiar Radiodifusión. Tengo un maravilloso caniche de Bichon. Su nombre es Bella y ella es muy amigable y le encanta abrazar y jugar.
